Languages play a significant role in the philosophy of Colegio Europeo Daos, from the initial stages of Infant School right up to Secondary.

We place great importance on the need for the language acquisition process to be placed in a socio-cultural context to ensure pupils gain a fully functional knowledge of English that they can use on a daily basis in their academic life and beyond. We also use English as a platform for teaching other subjects.

It is extremely gratifying for us to see our how our pupils progress through the school and become increasingly proficient at communicating in a spontaneous and natural way in the four languages they are taught. Our library contains many educational language resources which can be used both in school and at home.

From the age of 4 months our pupils are working with the four languages and English studies are provided by our highly qualified native English teachers.

At the age of five most students are able to read and write in three languages, on reaching Primary level they are preparing for the Cambridge Young Learner Exams achieving 100% passes.

At Secondary level students prepare for the Cambridge English PET and First Certificate Exams.
