Spanish - English – German

The teaching of languages forms the main structure of our curriculum. One of the principal objectives of the school is that the languages are used in a natural spontaneous way.
We feel it is important that all of the languages are learnt equally.
Languages are learnt using the four skills which are at the core of communication: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Languages are introduced to the children from the first cycle of Infant education. All language classes are taught by native speakers. Consequently with this advantageous European approach the school creates right from the beginning a knowledge of the traditions customs and practices from each country.
Promoting awareness in the student of the cultural heritage of the civilised European. The student obtains a knowledge that they can put into practice on an ongoing basis. Possibility of individual education for students with a lesser command of the language.
Each classroom has three individual language boards thus avoiding the need for students to change classes with the exception of specified areas such as: sports music etc.
The school forms a European identity through excursions and cultural exchanges.
Everyday interaction in the playground and dining areas enhances the acquisition of other languages and the realisation that using them is not only vital but natural.
